INTRODUCTION

The Bible states “as a man thinks, so is he.” It also states, “the poor will always be with you.” I wondered if this condition of being poor is because of the way we think. The school educators did not teach me how to think, but I did learn how to memorize the correct answers to a test. So, where does a person go to gain the ability to think how to become rich? I began to observe and study the people I believed were rich. I soon discovered the secret to their success.

It was simple, they adopted a financial plan and then persistently and consistently worked on that plan. Unfortunately, most of the plans that were offered to me required a person to currently possess a lot of money. This posed a real financial problem for me because I was only able to pay the current bills due each week. I began in 2012 into what has developed into a twelve-year journey to create this financial opportunity. I designed it in such a way so anyone who participates will earn a commission income.

Company

The following information contains a financial opportunity that has been created and structured by ValQuest Ads. ValQuest Ads is a person-to-person word-of-mouth Multi-Generation Marketing (MGM) advertising company. The company has an anti-inflation agenda. The company conducts and promotes Zero-Cost Advertising Campaigns for Businesses.It then pays a commission to our distributors for shopping at these businesses. This business model does not cost it pays!

We are not asking people to spend money they are not already spending or buy what they are not already buying; we are just helping them do it in a more productive way.

ValQuest Ads Business Plan contains many unique concepts that set it apart from the competition. A new business needs to expand its customer base to grow. The ValQuest Ads business plan has two types of customers: non-member customers and distributor customers. The non-member customers can earn income from the distributors and the distributors earn income from the Company. The non-member customer’s purchases may help the distributor qualify to earn additional methods of income.

Most people have utilized Gift Cards. They represent a form of advertising and create loyalty for the Company named on the card. Customers purchase gift cards from a retailer, gift them,and the recipient gets to use them. ValQuest Ads has created a voucher we named the Value Certificate. The difference between using a gift card and using a Value Certificate is in the income earned. A customer can earn 25% cash-back by using and redeeming Value Certificates. As you will soon learn, a distributor can earn even more.

What Is a Value Certificate?

ValQuest Ads created the ValQuest Value Certificate as a tool that can be used to track and control the cost of an advertising campaign. There are four main reasons we use Value Certificates during an advertising campaign. They are to identify a person to a participating merchant’s business, to verify that the person is entitled to a discount on the merchant’s products and/or services, to track the effectiveness of an advertising campaign, and to provide a way for our distributors to earn an income.

For a business to exist it must have at least one of these three items.

  1. Idea Business Plan
  2. Product Value Certificates
  3. Service Advertising Distribution Sales

For an individual to safely do business with another person they should get to:

  1. Know them.
  2. Like them.
  3. Trust them.

There are five main questions to consider when offered an income opportunity.

  1. How do I get in?
  2. How do I get out if I later decide I do not like the deal?
  3. How much is it going to cost me?.
  4. How much money can I make?
  5. What action must I take to make it work?

How the Average Person Earn a Paycheck

The average person uses the Addition Dollars method to earn a paycheck. They trade an hour of their time for an hourly wage. They receive their paycheck, which typically takes 40 hours to earn, and then they pay the bills. Usually, most of the money is gone in less than one hour. This activity results in a big problem when trying to get ahead. Add inflation to the equation and it becomes even more difficult.

There is a better way to earn an income. It is called Multiplied Dollars. The method invites a person to increase their fortune by personally participating in The Plan and then empowering other people to do the same thing. The Plan requires a person to loan a small amount of money to a business. The loan is technically known as a Self-Liquidating Loan, but we referred to it as a Smart Loan. The minimum loan amount to participate is $20.00. ValQuest Ads will increase the Potential Value of the loan by issuing the participant Value Certificates.

In the early days of America’s history silver and gold were accepted as the preferred method of payment for goods and services. It was a difficult system for payment in its raw form. Banks took in the metals and set up accounts for the amount deposited. They then issued Silver and Gold Paper Certificates to the person for the deposited amount. The system became popular and soon became accepted as the preferred method of payment. The modern Notes we call money contain no metal deposits. The Notes are backed-up bythe good will of the people and the trust in the financial system.Issued Value Certificates are backed up by the deposited Smart Loans.

The Road to Multiplied Income

I am going to wave my magic wand and show you a method to earn an incredible amount of money. The monthly operational cost is determined by the participant making a Self-Liquidating Loan, also known as The Smart Loan. The Self-Liquidating Loan amount is utilized to create the Value Certificates and promote the Advertising Campaigns. The participant is issued Value Certificates in the amount of their Self-Liquidating Loan. The Value Certificates can be redeemed for products and/or services. Therefore, the monthly operational cost is zero dollars after the Value Certificates are redeemed.

What is a Self-Liquidating Loan?

A Self-Liquidating Loan (SLL) is a private financial transaction between two participants that will not be repaid until a list of specific criteria is satisfied. The self-liquidating loan proceeds can be utilized in a business venture to acquire start-up capital and to fund normal business activities like purchasing inventory. It is a short-term working capital loan that is repaid from the liquidation of inventories. Early in the twentieth century, commercial banks made only short-term loans, and self-liquidating loans were a common variety.

The following example will describe the process using a Self-Liquidating Loan amount of $400.

A. The reason ValQuest Ads compensates Members and Distributors with Value Certificates, Commissions, and Bonuses is because of the advertising efforts of the organization. We compensate our Members and Distributors for supporting our Authorized Redemption Centers (ARC) as they redeem the Value Certificates.

Rules and Regulations

Beta Organization Commission

  1. A Distributor will receive the BOC up to their personal RV volume from their organization.
  2. A Distributor must have a minimum of one participating Distributor enrolled on Generation-One to receive the Beta Organization Commission from Generation-One.
  3. A Distributor must have a minimum of two participating Distributors enrolled on Generation-One to receive the Beta Organization Commission from Generation-Two.
  4. A Distributor must have a minimum of three participating Distributors enrolled on Generation-One to receive the Beta Organization Commission from Generation-Three.


Delta Fast Start Bonus

The Delta Fast Start Bonus is paid for nine-generations for two months beginning on the first SLL participation date by a new distributor. It rewards the enroller and the upline distributors for their time spent while personally training and helping a new business owner enrolled in their business. The enrolling Marketing Director of a new business owner is entitled to receive a Delta Fast Start Bonus generated by the new business owner. The Delta Fast Start Bonus nine-generation data is displayed in the following chart.
