The following terms will have the meanings set forth herein when used in ValQuest Ads Statement of Policies, Rules and Regulations, Business Plan,Compensation Plan Package, Member Application and Agreement and other official ValQuest Ads materials.

A distributor title with an AU personal monthly sales volume between 200 AU and 399 AU and a minimum Generation One Organization Group Volume of 400 AU.

A person that has completed and filed a Distributor Application and Agreement is given the title of Marketing Director. The Marketing Director is a distributor with a personal monthly sales volume of zero AU.
A unique number assigned by ValQuest Ads to each Marketing Director to facilitate internal record keeping by ValQuest Ads with respect to the Marketing Directors.
The Marketing Directors that comprise the group of individuals or entities from which the enrolling Marketing Directors is entitled to receive commissions based upon the collective sales volume of the group and the status of certain Marketing Directors within the group pursuant to the Marketing Compensation Plan.
A title used during phase-one of the business plan to distinguish a person from the phase-three title of a Distributor.
A business that has been sponsored and has signed a Merchant Advertising Agreement
An Advertising Agreement endorsed and signed by a business owner that among other things specifies the terms and conditions of the Advertising Agreement. The document between the Company and a client that specifies, among other things, the advertisement particulars, type of merchandise, dates and time limits of the contract, cost, and exclusions.
Reports produced by ValQuest Ads monthly that contain information relating to the activity of the Marketing Director’s Organization. The Monthly Business Reports contain trade secret information that is proprietary to ValQuest Ads.
The report due each month describing the distributor’s monthly Value Certificates sales and redemption.
The face value printed on a Value Certificate.
Reports produced by ValQuest Ads monthly that contain information relating to the activity of the Marketing Director’s organization. The Monthly Sales Reports contain trade secret information that is proprietary to ValQuest Ads.
A style of marketing goods and services to the public.
The sale of Company products to a non-member by an active Marketing Director.
Material in any form, which is authorized, published, and disseminated by ValQuest Ads. This includes, but is not limited to, printed material, audio and videotapes, satellite broadcasts, fax and electronic communications and Internet communications.
A commission earned by Marketing Directors after the Fast Start Bonus time has expired. A commission earned by active Marketing Directors on their organization’s sales. A commission that is earned from the Omega Nine Generation Direct Commission Template.
The total AU Volume which a Marketing Director’s Organization produced in a calendar month, including the Marketing Director’s volume.
A person who has purchased a product directly from a member and has not executed a Member Agreement. A non-member

The word Qualified attached to a Distributor’s title indicates that they have met the requirements of and for a particular Title, Bonus, or Commission.
A Marketing Director, who has filed the Application & Agreement that has been accepted and approved by the Company, purchased and moved the minimum amount required for theTitleduring the qualifying period, has received his/her first commission check, and has personally produced the sales amount required to maintain the Status and Title level pursuant to the Compensation Plan.
A summary of income statistics published by ValQuest setting forth information regarding average, high and low income received by Qualified Marketing Directors on an annual basis.
The Account number used to calculate the commission for the ABDO.
Any business, other than the original business, which a Qualified Marketing Director owns, or has interest in, within the ValQuest business organization.
