We are therefore introducing the following Donation Program to recruit members and raise the funds necessary to proceed. I named it The Ten-Dollar Donation Program. The Ten-Dollar Donation Program makes it easy for members to add new participants because of the low cost to get started. The funds will benefit Dynamic LifeWorks Inc., our 501(c)(3) non-profit charity. Dynamic LifeWorks Inc. provides funding to non-kill shelters and sanctuaries for food, shelter, and medical care for rescued and abandoned family pets. The Ten-Dollar Donation Program will also provide the funds needed to allow us to start sponsoring nation-wide food distribution companies. The sponsoring activity will also directly benefit Dynamic LifeWorks Inc.

The Smart Loan is a short-term working capital loan used by participants to fund their involvement. It is repaid through inventory liquidation and underpins the issuance of Value Certificates, which are redeemable for discounts at authorized centers. A Self-Liquidating Loan (SLL) is a private financial transaction between two participants that will not be repaid until a list of specific criteria is satisfied. The self-liquidating loan proceeds can be utilized in a business venture to acquire start-up capital and to fund normal business activities like purchasing inventory. It is a short-term working capital loan that is repaid from the liquidation of inventories. Early in the twentieth century, commercial banks made only short-term loans, and self-liquidating loans were a common variety.
Value Certificates are vouchers issued by ValQuest Ads to track and control advertising campaign costs, identify customers to merchants, verify discount entitlements, and facilitate commissions. Customers redeem Value Certificates at participating businesses, receive products and a 25% AU cash-back commission based on redeemed amounts. Distributors participate by providing a Self-Liquidating Loan (referred to as a Smart Loan), receive Value Certificates equivalent to their loan amount, and earn commissions through multiple methods including the Alpha Personal Commission (APC) and organization-based commissions.
ValQuest Ads created the ValQuest Value Certificate as a tool that can be used to track and control the cost of an advertising campaign. There are four main reasons we use Value Certificates during an advertising campaign. They are to identify a person to a participating merchant’s business, to verify that the person is entitled to a discount on the merchant’s products and/or services, to track the effectiveness of an advertising campaign, and to provide a way for our distributors to earn commissions.
The Value Certificate Bonus is 20% of the amount of the Self-Liquidating Loan. A Distributor must have a monthly personal minimum Self-Liquidating Loan Volume of $100.00 to receive the Value Certificate Bonus. It is paid monthly in Value Certificates. The Commission ABDO Statement (Alpha, Beta, Delta, Omega) will also include a posting of the Value Certificate Bonus due to the Distributor. The Statement and the Bonus Value Certificates will be included with the mailing of the commission check and statement.
Distributors must acquire at least ten customers who are not distributors, complying with Federal Trade Commission regulations. Customers earn 25% AU cash back from sales made by distributors who sell Value Certificates to them. ValQuest Ads pays commissions based on the success of advertising campaigns, measured by redeemed Value Certificates at participating merchants. Distributor sales must be documented with retail sales receipts and monthly reports.
The Federal Trade Commission and other Government Agencies are responsible for regulating the direct sales industry within the United States. The court system has enacted a law the requires each distributor in the direct sales industry to acquire ten customers. A customer may be defined as a person who is not a distributor. One way a distributor may acquire customers is by showing the business plan to people that reject the opportunity to become a distributor. The presenter, after explaining the business plan, simply asks if they would like to become a customer. The customers acquired are entitled to receive a 25% Advertising Unit (AU) cash back incentive from the selling Distributor.
Value Certificates are issued to Distributors that participate in the Company’s Self-Liquidating Loan Program. ValQuest Ads does not sell Value Certificates to customers. Distributors may sell Value Certificates to their customers. The Company issues the Value Certificates to Distributors and then encourages them to sell the Value Certificates to their customers.
ValQuest Ads Inc. does not pay a commission on the ValQuest Value Certificate sales. Instead, the Company pays commissions on the success of a merchant’s advertising campaign. One of the ways the success of an advertising campaign is determined is by the number of ValQuest Value Certificates redeemed at the Authorized Redemption Centers. This redemption process determines the Redemption Value number (RV). One of the Distributor’s responsibilities is to advertise and guide customers to the act of redeeming Value Certificates at the Authorized Redemption Centers.
The Business Plan is designed to have distributors sell Value Certificates to their customers and then issue cash back to customers. The cash back is obtained and issued from the Alpha Personal Commission Account. This method allows both the customer and the distributor to earn the dollar stretcher cash back.
The value will be realized by the customer as the ValQuest Value Certificates are redeemed and cash back is received. The direct benefit to the distributor is that the customer’s volume adds to the distributor’s volume. The added customer volume will help the Distributor earn income from the other three commission methods without the need to initially expend their own funds.
ValQuest Ads operates as a person-to-person Multi Generation Marketing advertising company that sponsors zero-cost advertising campaigns for businesses and rewards distributors and customers through commissions and cash-back incentives. The company’s mission includes fighting inflation by returning cash to participants through the Dollar Stretcher Program, which uses Value Certificates as an alternative payment method containing added value. These certificates allow customers to earn 25% RV cashback on Value Certificates purchases, with distributors able to earn even more through their participation and organizational growth.

To understand the meaning of value, let me compare price with value. ValQuest Ads negotiates with sponsored businesses to arrive at an agreed upon discount percentage number that will be offered to our members. The discount percentage represents the amount of the Value Certificates that may be redeemed. When a member goes shopping and buys products utilizing the ValQuest Ads Business Plan concepts they will redeem Value Certificates. They will receive their products and be entitled to a 25% cash back commission calculated upon the AU number and amount of the Value Certificates redeemed.
The ValQuest Ads Compensation Plan contains four main methods of earning a commission and two minor methods. The first method is called the Alpha Personal Commission (APC). All Distributors that participate in an advertising campaign will receive the APC. The compensation plan contains three other main ways to earn an income. Members loan $100.00 to ValQuest Ads. The members will be issued $100.00 in Value Certificates. A Distributor is a traditional term utilized to indicate a person has completed and filed a Distributor Application and Agreement. All Titled people are Distributors that have become active at some level, such as making a sale or redeeming Value Certificates. We have named the Distributors Marketing Directors.

The average person uses the Addition Dollars method to earn a paycheck. They trade an hour of their time for an hourly wage.
