The Three Phases of the Business Plan
PHASE-ONE
During phase-one Valquest Ads Inc. will begin to sponsor the Authorized Redemption Centers (ARC). Also, during the first phase Valquest Ads Inc. will utilize members to broadcast our message to expand the membership numbers. The membership drive will give us the numbers needed to continue sponsoring the Authorized Redemption Centers (ARC’s). The first phase will last until we reach our membership numbers and financial requirements. During the membership drive time members may begin to assemble their organization. Members will receive their Annual Membership Bonus (AMB) of Value Certificates during phase-one and may receive their PV Value Certificates. Participating Members may also earn the Alpha Personal Commission (AOC) for shopping at the ARC’s.

PHASE-TWO
The second phase of the business plan will begin after the Company has increased the membership to an acceptable number and has acquired the funds needed for the three-phases. During the second phase ValQuest Ads Inc. will continue to sponsor the Authorized Redemption Centers. The videos and the tracking software will be completed, and the final legal team will be acquired. ValQuest Ads Inc. will ask Distributor to advertise the concept and continue to recruit new members. The members that participated in the AMF and the PV Self-Liquidating Loan Programs will receive the remaining Value Certificates owed during phase-two. After the software is completed, the Company will pay the Beta Organization Commission (BOC) as the Value Certificates are redeemed at the Authorized Redemption Centers.

- ValQuest Ads will employ the Video Production Team
PHASE-THREE
During the beginning of the third-phase Members may choose to become Distributors. Distributors may earn additional income, as outlined in the Company’s compensation plan, by building a sales organization. Beginning with phase-three Members may enroll as Distributors and the full compensation plan will begin. During phase-three ValQuest Ads Inc. will convert from a direct sale, person to person advertising company, to a Multi-Generation Marketing (MGM) sales Company. Members will have an opportunity to file the Distributor Application and Agreement and the new Distributors will be rewarded for the success of a merchant’s advertising campaign.
ValQuest Ads connects Distributors with participating businesses that accept Value Certificates. ValQuest Ads then compensate Distributors for shopping at these businesses. Distributors will be compensated using the MGM compensation plan for the success of a merchant’s advertising campaign during phase-three. The success is determined by the total amount of ValQuest Value Certificates redeemed at participating merchant’s businesses during an advertising campaign’s period. A distributor’s primary responsibilities are spelled out in the company’s name ValQuest ADS. The ADS connotation is an acronym for Advertising, Distribution, and Sales.
- Members may file the Distributor Application and Agreement
- Distributors may continue to redeem the Value Certificate at our Redemption Centers.
- Distributors are now eligible to receive the full benefits of the compensation package.
- The full benefits of the compensation plan include receiving compensation from the Delta Fast Start Bonus and the Omega Direct Commission.
Templates
The PV Self-Liquidating Loan (PV SLL) amounts are converted into Advertising Units (AU) and deposited into the AU Account. The total Advertising Units are equally divided. 25% is deposited into the Alpha Account, 25% is deposited into the Beta Account, and 25% is deposited into the Delta Account for two months, and thereafter the 25% is deposited into the Omega Account. The remaining 25% is deposited into ValQuest Ads Operations Account.
The Alpha Account funds the Alpha Personal Commission (APC), and the Beta Account funds the Beta Organization Commission (BOC). The Delta Account funds the Delta Fast Start Bonus (DFSB), and the Omega Account funds the Omega Direct Commission (ODC).
The participating member’s names will be placed within the four Templates. The qualified participating Distributor will receive compensation from the Alpha Personal Commission (APC) Template and the Organization Commission (BOC) Template.
25% of the total AU’s are utilized in the Delta Fast Start Bonus (DFSB) compensation for two calendar months.
25% of the total AU’s are utilized in the Omega Direct Commission (ODC) compensation after the DFSB time has expired.
The Distributors will receive compensation from the Alpha Personal Commission, the Beta Organization Commission (BOC), the Delta Fast Start Bonus (DFSB), and the Omega Direct Commission (ODC) Templates.
